Man’s progress or regress cannot be assessed or ascertained in some eternal human perspectives like faith, realization, reality, respect, care, love, conscience, rationality, wisdom, joys, thoughts, contemplation, humor, desire, expectation, hatred, greed, self-ego, self-control and culture of expression etc. which are also not evaluated in day-to-day life. Man have been urging crazily for economic emancipation worldwide. HAMIBA believes that the spiritual side has not been equally developed with that of economic development. In every state and in every stages of human society of the world economy and intellectual corruptions are still prevailing. As a sequel, terrorism, anarchism and killing are spreading. Situations are not improving rather social erosion is increasing. In this context, HAMIBA intends to envisage improving and integrating the spiritual development of men along with economic development. Once the balance situation of economic and spiritual development is ensured, man emancipates peace and may live in it. HAMIBA also focuses that this development process be more and more enforceable with individual, society and state irrespective of worldwide religion in 21st century. In pursuance to this, HAMIBA have made exceptional system through Haqqani School of Thought to induce self-control and expression with the existing educational curriculum and dichotomized the system as follows :

Spiritual education

Formal education

Again, sometime, on practical requirement these parts of education are fused with one another in propinquity. With the above backdrop HAMIBA has conducted the following education system :

A. Spiritual Education :

The mere illusion of wealth and power may provide temporary peace and happiness to man but negligible to eternal peace. HAMIBA believes that self-development, in exercising the religious values, is the main criteria to obtain eternal peace. Consequently, HAMIBA has taken its stand for the common men to enlighten them with its principles, objectives, ideals and values. To ensure truth and peace in individual and social life HAMIBA has established Haqqani School of Thought, Quraan Research Institute & Discussion Centre, Darbar Sharif (Spiritual Training & Practicing Centre), Monastery, Assram and Hermitage in different places of the country. The main objectives behind this establishment is to make scope for men to gather knowledge on philosophy and sociology of religion and practice the religious values to change their habits through the light of Truth and Peace.

Since the inception to date HAMIBA awarded ‘SHAH’ (Fellow on Sufism) title to 54 (Fifty four) personalities among which 18 (Eighteen) ladies and 36 (Thirty six) gents, opened 54 (Fifty four) Darbar Sharif (Spiritual Training & Practicing Centre) through which trained and motivated the selected general people on Religious Values as follows:

B. Institutional Education :

The system of institutional education is of three folds. HAMIBA based on its own outlook and perceptions with the existing education system of Bangladesh implemented realistic education system to produce highly sustainable output. It provides education to poor and meritorious students and arranges scholarship for them. HAMIBA is very much careful about post education system and makes efforts to prepare students in such a sustainable way that they do not remain unemployed and dependent on others. It also makes scope for the students for their involvement in the income generating project and to know how to earn, sustain and self- reliance from the very beginning of life.

1st stage – Haqqani Mission Vidyapith (School) :

Haqqani Mission Vidyapith is the primary experimental stage of its total education system. This Vidyapith is quite different from other schools of the country in regard to its environment and principles. Two types of students have access to this Vidyapith as follows :

1. Regular student

2. Children who are uprooted, laborer and drop-outs.

Primary education is the most important stage of education as per education guideline of HAMIBA. Thus, Mission puts top priority in developing human qualities like etiquette, modesty, gentility, humanity, mental strength, honesty, justice etc. along with normal learning process in order to form ideals, character and personality. After a 7 years careful observation and evaluation, HAMIBA has inferred that social changes can be accomplished if these types of Vidyapiths are established at the village level. Accordingly, the HAMIBA has drawn up a 30 years Strategic Plan for establishing Vidyapiths phase wise as follows :

1st phase – 6 Vidyapiths within 6 Divisions.

2nd phase – 64 Vidyapiths within 64 Districts.

3rd phase – 460 Vidyapiths within 460 Upazillas

4th phase – 65,000 Vidyapiths within 65,000 Villages.

HAMIBA has launched the Pilot project of Haqqani Mission Vidyapith (School) gradually from Playgroup to S.S.C level at Paikpara, Mirpur, Dhaka since 1993. Till 2017, 580 students have passed out having completed S.S.C level.

2nd stage – Haqqani Mission Mohavidyalaya (College) :

HAMIBA has launched the Pilot project of Mohavidyalaya in 1997 as the second stage of education system. There are both regular and irregular enrolment of students and teaching as to how to become self-reliant with the normal learning process. The objective of this education is to make the students as a skilled human resource. Accordingly, HAMIBA has drawn up a 25 years Strategic Plan for establishing Mohavidyalayas phase wise as follows :

1st phase – 6 Mohavidyalayas within 6 Divisions.

2nd phase – 64 Mohavidyalayas within 64 Districts.

Till 2017, 570 students have passed out having completed H S C level.

3rd stage – Haqqani Mission Vishwavidyalaya (University) :

The third stage of education is marked with the establishment of Haqqani Mission Vishwavidyalaya. Accordingly HAMIBA has started communication with the government of Bangladesh to establish the University at Anarpur (Dagaria), Narshingdi, Bangladesh.

C. Technical Education (Human Resource Development) :

HAMIBA has established ‘HMB Computer Academy’ to transform a part of population into human resource. Missionary efforts in this regard are directed to acquaint the latest techniques of IT with the youths to build up Digital Bangladesh. Till 2017, 780 students have passed out.

HAMIBA has also taken the activities to empower the neglected women folk as sustainable through imparting training on Embroidery, Sewing and other Handicraft in the branches of HAMIBA.

D. Adult Literacy :

HAMIBA has realized that there is no alternative than to have educated and skilled human resource in order to ascertain national development and progress. With this view HAMIBA is running ‘Adult Literacy Program’ in 54 (Fifty four) Darbar Sharif in order to increase literacy level amongst the adult and illiterate laborers.
